We determine when a set of conjugate braids generates the n-braid group. A set of conjugate braids corresponds to a graph of n vertices that is immersed in the plane and so it generalizes the presentations given in [4,10,12]. We investigate when such a presentation becomes a positive presentation and when such a positive presentation has the property that the semigroup of positive words embeds in the n-braid group.
땋임군의 군표현은 Artin의 표현[1]이 가장 널리 알려져 있고, 이 외 띠생성자(Band generator) 표현[11]등이 알려져 있다. 이러한 생성자들의 공액류들이 2차원 평면에 붙어있는 그래프의 점과 점을 잇는 곡선으로 표현될 수 있다. 이 때 어떤 그래프의 곡선들의 집합이 땋임군을 생성하는지를 밝혔다.
또한 완전그래프의 부분 그래프들이 양수표현을 가지며, 이 때 양수표현을 구했으며, 완전그래프의 부분 그래프중에 넣기 특성을 가지고 있는 부분그래프는 아틴그래프와 완전그래프 자신뿐임을 보였다.
