Both of business and information technology management is important to the very nature of the business. Many senior managers often fail to understand technology issues and have difficulties in providing appropriate managerial directions. This thesis proposes an appropriate model for information technology strategies especially for Korean companies. The model is based on the analysis of information technology strategies of Korean top managers. By using the proposed model, Korean top managers are more likely to set up better information technology strategies for datawarehouse and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning).
