The objective of this study is to utilize Internet technology in financial service delivery system to satisfy the structural change of financial market and the various needs of customers. The outcome intends to contribute to the improvement of the management performance of the bank by minimizing the number of branches of the bank which had been the delivery means of traditional financial service.
To meet the objective, the effectively convertible tasks through Internet is classified by analyzing the fundamental tasks of banks and prescribed with Internet financial service tasks. The properly minimized number of branches of the bank based on ROA and ROE of the present common banks is yielded in the highly costed branch expansion strategy.
So the plan of financial service integration between Internet and real world is presented with the differentiated strategy under the infinite competition.
