This thesis presents new topology for CRT vertical deflection circuit. The conventional circuit has low efficiency. This new circuit was designed to have a same performance and higher efficiency. To achieve them, class K amplifier is used. Because it has only advantages of class AB and Class D, the author could attain positive results. And the author achived an appovement in the reduction of the number of the parts, which was the main defact of class K. The direction of the circuit design is to make this circuit into Integrated Circuit. So new topologies are presented for this aim.
The aim of this thesis is to verify this new circuit through not only simulation but also experiments. Through experimentations, the author could attain the 22% improvement in power efficiency.
