With the commercialization of the Internet, Electronic Commerce is expanding rapidly. As the relationship between the service provider and the customer under the Multimedia Computer Mediated Environment of the Internet is very important, the customers should be served with the technology fit to customers' needs. The detailed responsiveness for various needs of customers is needed because the one-to-one service is available through customizing the needs of customers in the Mass Marketing under the Computer Mediated Environments.
This thesis presents a hypermedia computer mediated environment architecture with the Computer Telephony Integration which gives audio-visual function in Electronic Commerce websites in order to help supporting customers' purchase decision and enhancing the whole sales.
