A 2-axis lateral-shearing interferometer using dove prism is presented. The interferometer comprises four prism whose relative displacements can readily generate necessary lateral-shearing and also phase-shifting to determine the wavefront of the beam collimated by the lens under test. The direction of lateral-shearing in the xy-plane is also controlled using the dove prism that is inserted between the test lens and the interferometer. The directional change of lateral-shearing is twice the angular rotation of the prism. The Zernike polynomal fitting is adopted to determine the quantitative aberrations of optical pick-up lens for DVD. That is selected among the 3-algorithms through the simulation. A DVD lens is tested for the calibration between 2-axis lateral-shearing interferometer and Zygo system. Measurements results proved that the interferometer has a repeatability of less than $\frac{3}{100}λ$ and RMS mean value difference of $\frac{5}{1000}λ$ from Zygo system.
