The purpose of this thesis is to examine the methodology required to enhance competitiveness by successfully combining the 3P model of change (1) Product, (2) Process, and (3) People with the principles of strategic management process.
The strategic management process consists of several subprocesses that are carried out sequentially, beginning with the firm's identification of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through analysis of market place, competition, along with core competence, and ending with the implementation of an organizational strategy.
The organizational strategy must be converted into precise action and the results must be closely scrutinized. Otherwise, all tasks and activities constituting the strategic management process will be for naught.
In this thesis, a strategy for making a learning organization through demonstrated development project is proposed.
