The implementation of Neural Network using Non-Volatile analog memery will be presented. Neual network is composed of simple components, that is, multiplying, summing, and sigmoid function. But many simple components is massive connected to construct the neural network. The size of implemented network is larger than any other type one, but it is faster. The speed of the network is measured and this network can be used, if preprocessor block is added, in the speed recognition system.
