A multi-media binary DS/CDMA system with variable processing gain and the coherent correlation receivers are considered under the additive white Gaussian noise channel. Two types of information sources with different rates and transmitting powers are assumed to be transmitted simultaneously in the same channel. In this thesis, average signal-to-noise ratios at the correlation receiver outputs for each type of information sources are analytically derived as functions of the discrete-time partial cross-correlations between the spreading code sequences. The analysis is expected to provide analytical tools for use in preliminary system design and spreading code selection.
이 논문에서는 처리 이득을 바꿀 수 있는 다매체 직접 수열 다중 접속 시스템에 대해 다루었다. 정규잡음 채널에서 비동기 변조기와 상관 복조기가 고려되었으며, 전송율과 전송전력이 다른 두가지 유형의 정보원이 동시에 같은 채널로 전송되는 것으로 가정하였다. 성능분석의 척도는 수신기 출력의 평균 신호 대 잡음비로 하였으며, 이를 각 사용자의 확산부호 사이의 이산시간 상호상관도의 함수로서 유도하였다. 또한, 확산부호를 확률변수로 가정했을 때 신호 대 잡음비의 근사식도 제시하였다. 이러한 분석은 기초적인 시스템 설계와 확산부호의 선택에 쓸모있을 것이라고 생각한다.
