Capacitive field for TCP discharge is calculated by new method. The usual method was solved by numerical method for all region in TCP chamber, but the new method gives analytical solution for the antenna region. From the calculated field, the impedance of the plasma, which is a function of the plasma density, the RF-frequency and the position of the antenna coil, is obtained by using Poynting's theorem. And these results will give a help for designing TCP chamber.
