The capabilities of a geometric modeller enable system developers to easly implement mesh generation algorithms. This thesis present the finite element the non-manifold data structure for 3D finite element modeling. Implementation of 2D mesh generation algorithm is achived by introducing the geometrically based operator. Non-manifold data structure for 3D finite element modeling is evaluated by defining FE analysis attributes and visualizing the model through cellular topology.
